Do you provide a rental car while my car is being repaired?
We do not provide a rental car while your car is being repaired. However we work closely with several rental car companies, and we will be happy to assist you in obtaining one to use while your car is being repaired. We do recommend that you check with you insurance company in regards to rental coverage.
Once my car is in the shop for repair, how long will it take?
This question is the most important to customers, especially if the need to find rides to get to and from the shop. Repair times vary due to the size of the repair and part availability. Some parts are in stock ready to be delivered, others my be special order parts that could take a couple of days to come in. If that is the case, we will call or email you with an update.
Do I need to make an appointment for an estimate?
An appointment is not necessary. We have somebody on staff at all times to prepare an estimate.
Do you waive deductibles?
No. It is a violation of section 551 of the penal code, which prohibits an automotive repair dealer from offering or giving any discount to offset a deductible required by an insurance policy for automotive repairs.
Do you offer a warranty?
Absolutely! We offer a lifetime warranty on all our repairs for as long as you own the vehicle.
My insurance agent told me I need to get 3 estimates, do I need 3?
Not at all, you only need one estimate from the shop of your choice and that is actually the law.
How will I know the progress of my vehicle during the repair process?
Our staff will keep you informed throughout the repair process and will handle all the insurance paperwork. We let you know when parts are ordered, when they will be delivered, and when your vehicle changes from department to department. If, for some reason there will be a delay and we can't get the vehicle to you by the delivery date promised, we will call or email ahead of time to let you know.
